Developing individuals through outdoor skills training.

PMA's Residential Adventure Camps are completely bespoke - designed around you and your group. Activities are positively facilitated to develop young people beyond their academic achievements, Helping to build skills including:

Students take part in activities as small teams, usually of around 10. This allows them to build their friendships, and achieve cooperatively.
Each team has one member of PMA's staff dedicated to them throughout the day, running activities with other specialist instructors, and guiding participants through the learning experience.

PMA's experienced staff facilitate activities through a plan-do-review system. This allows participants to discuss, and learn from the challenges they face - building on this learning throughout the camp
